how to order   Orders can be placed by phoning 404 892 8400 or faxing 404 892 8409.
retailers   You must fax a copy of your Sales Tax Certificate before your initial shipment can be sent. Our fax number is 404 892 8409.
minimum order   Opening orders on caps, shirts and mats are 12 pieces in each product category (12 caps, any mixture of styles; 12 shirts, any mixture of styles and sizes; 12 mats, any mixture of styles). Reorders are 6 pieces in any product category. If you are buying note cards only, the opening order is $100; reorder is $50. If you've purchased the minimum in any other product category, please buy whatever quantity of cards you'd like.
back orders   Back orders will be shipped unless you notify us, in writing, to cancel.
shipping   Most orders are shipped via UPS ground from Atlanta, Georgia. Canadian orders ship via USPS. Product prices do not include shipping. Costs for shipping and handling will be charged to the buyer.
prices   Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders must be prepaid. After an initial prepaid order, we will be happy to review your credit sheet for terms.
payment   Visa, MasterCard; company check for proforma and net 30.
cancellation or change of order   Cancellations and/or changes are not acceptable for goods in production stage. Any order changes for existing stock must be made in writing seven (7) days prior to ship date. No claims unless made within five (5) days of receipt of goods. Returns without authorization are automatically refused.
product images/ sales support   We are happy to provide you with high- or low-resolution images of your purchases. Please email and let us know which images you would like and if they are for Web or print use.
returns   Please select carefully - all sales are final.
custom products   We welcome inquiries about customizing products, product development or displays, merchandising and promotion.
